My Personalised Photogifts: Delivery

During the ordering process you have the option of choosing between two delivery methods:

Regular delivery orders

Regular delivery orders are delivered within 10 business days after we receive the payment for the item(s).
Usually customers receive the ordered item(s) within a week.

Due to the packaging sizes you are not expected to be at home for the delivery since most of the item(s) fit through the mailbox.

In case the purchased item(s) does/do not fit through the mailbox, the postman will eventually deliver the item(s) personally.
Therefore, you are expected to be present for the delivery.

Customers will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is sent.
We advice our customers to read and understand the e-mail fully.

The delivery costs for a regular delivery order start at £5.95.

Express delivery orders

Express delivery orders are delivered via DHL within 5 business days after we receive the payment for the item(s).

For this delivery method it is expected that the customer is present for the delivery to sign for the receipt.
Customers will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is sent.
Customers will be provided with a code so they can trace and check the status of the order on the website of DHL.

We advice our customers to read and understand the e-mail fully.

The delivery costs for an express delivery start at £11.95 extra.

IMPORTANT:

Express delivery does not apply to all item(s), such as:

  • Mirrors
  • 3D and 2D crystals have the possibility of express production but are sent with TNT post services.
  • Products which are made to specific measurements, such as: rings and/or necklaces with specific letters/words/names.
  • Genuine gold hangers usually take 1-2 days longer

If, during the ordering process, you choose for DHL delivery then the item(s) will ALWAYS be delivered via DHL, even if the product is not in stock or the production takes longer than 48 hours.

If your order is sent from DHL, and in the end actually took longer than 5 days then the customer has the right to a refund of the DHL shipping costs.
My Personalised Photogifts has not direct influence on the post/delivery services of DHL. Therefore, we CANNOT recover the costs of DHL.
